Feasibility
Dreaming up a new project is an exciting process. URI can assist with property analysis and research, review of design concepts, pro forma budgeting, and coordination with regulatory agencies or private entities.

Design development
Once the property is yours, it's time to design a building. Let us guide the RFP process for hiring an architect and any consultants. URI will monitor the design schedule and oversee contract compliance to ensure timely delivery of drawings.

Pre-construction
We value planning! URI will guide the contractor selection process to fill out the project team. This is the time to look at constructability, Value Engineering ideas, work with the municipality for permitting, and coordinate upfront for smooth construction.
