This 130-unit apartment complex was one of the first multifamily projects built in compliance with the City of Portland’s Inclusionary Housing policy.
The motorcycle culture inspired building has a variety of unit options for residents, ranging from micro units to 3-bedroom apartment homes. The building features a modern design, fitting the Portland’s edgy Overlook neighborhood it’s located in.
Urban Resources served as the owner’s representative during the construction phase of this project.
