This 115-unit apartment building is currently under construction in an up-and-coming neighborhood of Tacoma sandwiched between the University of Washington’s Tacoma Campus and the Hilltop neighborhood.
The building will feature a modern aesthetic and include a gym, workspace, community room and rooftop deck.
Urban Resources is serving as the owner’s representative during the construction phase of this project.
