Urban Resources, Inc. (URI) was hired to oversee the commercial tenant improvement construction throughout the Goat Blocks buildings. A former hardware store space was recently converted to an immersive art gallery experience, where we managed the core and shell build out and had oversight of the landlord build out. More to come!
