The Moraine in Tacoma, Washington, is an Opportunity Zone project featuring 160 apartments and a range of amenities, including a gym, a media room, a rooftop deck with a communal kitchen, and a billiards room. It offers scenic views of Mt. Rainier and Commencement Bay from many of its residential units. This development is committed to inclusivity with a voluntary goal of 25% minority and disadvantaged business participation during construction and sustainability is a priority with the inclusion of on-site solar panels and a green roof. Urban Resources Inc. Served as Owners’ Representation on this project during the contractor selection process and throughout construction.
