Stevens Creek Apartments

Urban Resources, Inc. (URI) has worked closely with the Owner on this project beginning with the realignment of Stevens Creek in 2015. Construction of the apartment units started in July 2016. The project consists of four apartment buildings from three to five-stories and a single-story clubhouse. There is parking for 244 vehicles in surface and parking garages. Site work includes utilities, landscaping and recreational spaces for tenants. URI participated in the planning, designing, and permitting phases of the project and served as the Owner’s representative through construction until completion in Fall 2018.
