Burnside 26 Apartments is a mixed-use four-story building located in inner SE Portland containing 135 apartment units and approximately 50 underground parking spaces. This development features a community room, an indoor/outdoor rooftop lounge with kitchen and fireplace among other amenities. Urban Resources, Inc. (URI) served as the owner’s representative for this project until completion in 2014.
