Owner's Representative Services
Phase II for the Grant Park Village development started construction in November of 2016. The new building which is adjacent to Grant Park Village Phase I has access to local grocery stores like New Seasons Market and other retail stores.
The five-story, 163,000 square foot building consists of 167-units and 100 stalls of underground parking with features like a community room, fitness center, game room and racks for 198 bicycles.
Urban Resources, Inc. (URI) served as the Owner’s representative during the pre-construction and construction phases of Grant Park Village Phase II until completion in Summer of 2018.
