The Dr. Darrell Millner Building at 5020 N. Interstate is a 63 units apartment project located right in the heart of North Portland. The building contains a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units and all apartments will be rented to households earning 60% or less of the area median income.
The ground level of the building will include 2,500 square feet of commercial space, bike parking, car parking, a communal outdoor area, and several art murals.
Once this building is operational, Self-Enhancement Inc. (SEI) will have culturally responsive resident services on-site including events and connections to SEI’s many school-based and after school programs.
