brookLAND is a five story 166-unit apartment building currently under construction in Portland’s Brooklyn neighborhood.
The building footprint will mimic the unique triangular shape of the lot and the majority of the units will have exterior access via wood walkways overlooking a central atrium. The building will also feature a ground floor café, gym, lounge area and mechanical parking.
Urban Resources is serving as the owner’s representative during the construction phase of this project.
