Pearl District Apartments is located in the corner of NW Overton Street and 15th Avenue and is currently under construction. This mixed-use seven-story building includes creative office space at the ground level, a mechanical 3-level vehicle parking system, an outdoor amenity deck, and 68 residential units. Urban Resources, Inc. (URI) is serving as the Owner’s Representative and will continue to do so until completion in spring of 2019.
