Hygge on Hoyt is a mixed-use multifamily project located at NE 20th and Hoyt Street in the Kerns neighborhood of Portland. The building design features a coffee shop integrated into the lobby, 59 apartments units, and an amenity space on the top floor with views of downtown Portland. There are 15 vehicle parking spaces and 65 bicycle racks. Urban Resources was involved throughout the design and construction phase of this project, as the Owner’s Representative.
In October 2020, C2K Architecture won the IIDA Oregon Chapter Design Excellence Awards for the Hygge Café.
