The Abigail is a mixed-income affordable housing project located at the north end of the Pearl District in downtown Portland. It features 155 total apartment homes, 128 affordable and 27 market-rate, with a mix of studios and 1, 2, or 3 bedroom units. There is also a courtyard, 80 below-grade parking spots, a community room and a multi-story sky bridge connecting the two buildings with outside views.
