Owner’s Representative Services

The Cultural Crossing Project is an addition to the existing Portland Japanese Garden featuring extensive landscapes and water features. The project consists of a cultural village with administrative offices surrounded by natural garden spaces, a cascading pond, and educational centers. Urban Resources, Inc. had the pleasure of working as the Owner’s Representative during Pre-construction and Construction of the Garden’s expansion.
