Community Development Partners and Northwest Oregon Housing Authority co-developed a 239-unit affordable housing project in St. Helens, OR, which opened in 2023. With 11 buildings across nearly 16 acres, Broadleaf Arbor includes larger apartment units around the central green and playground, townhomes, and an elevator served senior building. Urban Resources, Inc. served as the owner’s representative during the design and construction phases.
