Urban Resources, Inc. (URI) was hired by Graves Hospitality to provide Owner’s Representative services for the Moxy Hotel by Marriott at SW 10th & Alder during the design and permitting stages, and for a portion of the construction phase. This boutique hotel, situated on a 7,500 SF lot in Portland’s West End, is a 12-story concrete building with one level below grade. There are 197 guestrooms, a hospitality suite on the 12th floor overlooking the city, and amenities including a fitness room, food cart pods, and spacious lobby. The hotel opened to the public in 2021.
