Urban Resources, Inc. was hired by Capstone Partners to oversee the site improvement and construction of a new 483,000 SF distribution warehouse with 20 dock doors in the Rivergate Industrial area of Portland, OR.
The project included extensive utility and access road rerouting, new trailer parking, and a connector between the existing and new warehouse for automated vehicles. URI managed the contractor RFP and selection process, GMP negotiations, permitting, and construction project management. The warehouse was completed in December 2020.
