Urban Resources, Inc. was hired by Capstone Partners to oversee the site improvement and construction of a 176,000 SF warehouse addition at an existing facility in Halsey, OR.
The project included rerouting utilities, additional trailer parking, and a new access road. The mill remained operational during construction.
The warehouse was completed in July 2020 followed by the access road completion in October 2020.
