Urban Resources, Inc. (URI) was hired by a NW utility company to provide pre-construction and construction management services for their Clark County Resource Center.
A new two-story office building was constructed to category four structural standards for immediate operation after a seismic event. The attached existing warehouse was renovated for storage, vehicle maintenance, and telecommunication operations. The site work included required parking and landscape improvements.
