Urban Resources, Inc. (URI) was hired by a NW utility company to provide pre-construction and construction management services to renovate the Eugene Resource Center. The scope of work included improvements of the 3.3-acre site, renovation of the existing 12,795 SF building, and adding 11,046 SF of site structures. The project was substantially complete in October 2018.
