This project serves as a new home base for the client’s Lincoln City operations. The project includes new office and warehouse buildings, material storage buildings, vehicle storage garage, equipment fueling station, truck wash station, truck scale, decant facility, telemetry tower, cathodic protection system and a stormwater detention structure. The sloping site required an extensive earthwork scope and over 9,000 vsf of MSE retaining wall.
