This project consisted of the realignment of Stevens Creek located on the SE corner of Causey Avenue and SE Stevens Road in Happy Valley, OR. The project relocated Stevens Creek, added a pedestrian bridge, and landscaped the surrounding area. The relocation was completed in September 2016, and allowed for construction of four multifamily buildings with parking and recreational spaces.
