Stratus Village will bring 175 affordable apartments to McMinnville, Oregon. There are four residential, three-story walk up buildings surrounding a central courtyard with outdoor picnic space, an off-leash dog area, playground, and garden boxes. The single story clubhouse will serve as a community center, leasing space, and provide offices to community partners. URI joined this project team in the Fall of 2023 to serve as the owner’s rep for HAYC, and will stay involved through the construction phase. Construction is anticipated to begin in Summer 2024.
