Volta

Volta is the newest addition to Portland’s “Electric Blocks” in the Central Eastside and the new home of the Project’s Architect of Record, Bora. URI worked as Owner’s Rep for Killian Pacific who spearheaded the Core & Shell renovation and re-imagination of this 30,000 SF former Electrical Warehouse into Class A office space. Some things you’ll see at the Volta Building that you won’t see elsewhere are a large LED art wall, mural walls painted by local street artists, and outdoor space that was created by cutting large openings in the existing concrete walls. This project was completed in 2022 and achieved LEED Platinum Certification.
