Urban Resources, Inc. was hired by Capstone Partners to provide Owner’s representative services for both the shell and tenant improvements for their 1 million SF property in Salem, OR. This phase consists of an Amazon non-sort fulfillment center featuring 103 dock doors, 308 trailer stalls, and 1050 parking stalls. The shell was substantially completed in April 2018, only nine months after construction start.
