Watermark at the Pearl is a senior living development of 237 units with a mix of independent living, assisted living and memory care. The development consists of studios and one and two bedroom residences, multiple landscaped courtyards and generous wellness amenity spaces. The 16-story structure has an additional level of subterranean parking. URI’s role was to act as a local trusted project consultant on behalf of the project’s investment group; attending meetings, monitoring consultant reports, and reviewing monthly pay apps.
