We hired URI to monitor construction progress on a medical office building we were financing in Bend, OR. The job required URI to perform monthly inspection trips to assess the quality of construction, meet with the onsite construction team, review pay applications, and provide monthly progress reports. Our experience working with the URI team was great. URI’s progress reports were provided with good photos, the turnaround time from onsite inspection to completed progress report was quick, and they were available to answer any questions we had throughout the project

“The Crocker Museum received significant benefits by having Randy on board. His knowledge of construction, the nuances of museum design and operating in a public/ private partnership with the municipality sets him apart from others in this arena. His ability to listen and bring all parties together is impressive.”
